INFORMATION

Pups are handled by me,( a 26 year old housewife, ex- vet. Assistant with nearly 5 years experience). They are handled from day one,
started on potty training, eating solid food, use to bathing and nail trimming, and totally spoiled by the time they leave. All pups are sold with Full Registration unless he/she is either entirely to small for breeding or it is understood by the new owner that the pup has a genetic defect that may pass on to the puppies.

They go home with lots of goodies (totaling $68 estimated worth), puppy kits from both Iams/Eukanuba and Purina, their first toy, collar, chew bone, baby blanket, first shots, 2 wormings, Reg papers, possible typed pedigree, weekly or bi weekly weight and photo page and a 72 hour
guarantee. This guarantee gives you 72 hours to bring the puppy to the vet of your choice and return the puppy for a full refund if you
bring a written statement saying that the puppy has a genetic disorder (hernias are considered repairable and do not fit into this aggrement) or a puppy disease that will result in the death of the puppy. They also come with typed information to help you watch for early signs of illness in your puppy, as well as to know what items to keep on hand incase an accident or illness occurs. I start pups on food at 3 1/2 - 4 weeks and potty training at 4 weeks. By 6 weeks of age they sleep away from their mom at night. If you would like for an additional $25 I will purchase a pet carrier for your baby to start it's night sleeps alone, so when he/she goes home there won't be much of a transition. Pups are ready to leave my home to loving families depending on their size and how they are eating.
The Chihuahua babies are born indoors and stay that way until they leave my home. I cannot state that they will definitely be their expected
weight but I will provide a weekly or bi-weekly weight and photo to you on your puppy.

My little ones are indoor pets not just breeders and are very spoiled rotten. I DO NOT sell to brokers, pet stores, or homes I feel are unsafe for my little ones. My dogs are happy, healthy, up to date, and not overly bred. I know each dog by name and by bark. I am a person who just loves my pets. Most of my pets are from AKC Champion Bloodlines, they are just registered CKC weather by my choice or the thier breeders choice.

Once a non-refundable deposit is place I will send weekly or bi-weekly pictures of your pup by email along with a weight amount and a little story telling you how the puppy is doing. I will begin excepting non-refundable deposits on the puppy after prices are set (deposit is $100, or half the cost of the pup, unless marked different, refundable only if the puppy is lost in my care). I will only hold a puppy for the correct amount of non-refundable deposit placed. Once you say your sending the non-refundable deposit (the pup will be marked as pending), I will give you 72 hours for a non-refundable deposit to arrive (by hand or by mail) before allowing anyone else to place a non-refundable deposit on that puppy. If no deposit arrives the puppy is marked for sale again until non-refundable deposit is placed, meaning if someone places a non-refundable deposit before you place yours after that 72 hr period then they will get the puppy.
The remainder of the cost of the puppy is to be paid in CASH before the pup leaves or at pick-up. I can hold puppies longer if
needed for additional costs.. to cover food and additional shots. I will only accept personal or bank cashiers checks for deposit ( they must clear or be returned to you with full price paid in cash) and the remainder of payment must be in cash unless paid atleast a week before the puppy is due to leave.
I do and can offer a payment plan where you pay a little bit a week or every 2 weeks until your pups is either ready to go or you have paid off your pup. The pup will remain in my care until paid off and you can visit or get updated photos as often as you'd like as long as it fits into both our schedules. Payments must be made in Cash if done on payment plan!!

I cannot gurantee that your pup will be a particular weight or coat. As these things differ in each pup and change as he/she grows. But I can gurantee you are bringing home a happy and healthy puppy for you to love and to love you all his/her life.
NOT ALL OF THIS INFO IS THE SAME FOR MY MOM'S PUPS, I WILL LET YOU KNOW IF SOMETHING IS DIFFERENT!

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! ONLY REFUNDED IF PUP IS LOST BEFORE PICK-UP!IF YOU CHOOSE TO BACK OUT OF SALE FOR ANY REASON YOU LOOSE YOUR DEPOSIT! FULL REFUND IS ONLY DONE IF A CERTIFIED VET SENDS A STATEMENT SAYING THE PUP HAS A BIRTH DEFECT (hernias do not apply) OR PUPPY ILLNESS THAT WILL RESULT IN THE PUPPIES DEATH!

Prices on all pups very do to breed, gender, coat, color, registery and size. Our puppies are worth what you pay.
Prices can range anywhere from $125 and up for Rat terriers and $300 and up for my moms chihuahuas and $500 and up for my chihuahuas unless marked different!! !
Please don't let the prices scare you, in most cases things can be worked out..
